What can I say, I missed you all! Most of you know I resigned a few days ago, from my position as a moderator. Since then, I have realized that it was a mistake. Staffing alongside this amazing team we have, had been wonderful, and I wish to obtain that again. If anyone has any questions or concerns, message me through a pm or comment below. My rank being on Lollipop, along with my progress and friends, I play/stay there. However, I’ve had experience moderating both realms alone.

Considering my very busy school schedule, my time is spread tightly. Although when free, I am open towards evenings and weekends. The time table below shows closer conclusions.

How long have you been playing on OPBlocks?:
I started playing OPBlocks in v1, from December 25th to February 26th. I then joined the v2 forums on June 15th, I have been playing ever since.
What previous experience do you have in server moderation and staffing? (If none, then leave the question blank.):
I applied for a helper position for OPBlocks v2 on June 24th, 2016. I received the position on June 27th, 2016. I kept with the helper position until I was promoted to moderator by Zapexy on August 23rd, 2016. Once more, I stayed with that position until recently, October 24th, 2016, when I resigned. I have been introduced to the communication platform slack, and the appropriate commands and punishments for both helper and moderator. I experienced the teamspeak moderations, and was/am able to handle what is required of me and more. From the spam of players when Crainer has been on, to being alone with 250+ players, to bouncing between both realms and answering questions or concerns to the best of my abilities. I am capable of successfuly working in a team, and positively building off of the people around me.
SCENARIO: "You come home from school and have ton of homework to do, you think to yourself I'll just take a 5 minute break before I start and get on OPBlocks. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time." Does this scenario sound familiar to you? - How do you respond to this?:
I was raised to value the specialty of learning and keep encased in my studies and schoolwork. I have been self-taught most of my younger years so that was most of what I was surrounded by. In my family, school precedes any amusement, play, creation, or activity. I allow myself to enjoy fun (Minecraft) after important things are done first. I am well managed with my time and decent with differing from need/want.

I am active on the OPBlocks teamspeak, and have a working microphone.
Are you able to record in viewable quality?:
I am able to record in viewable quality using OBS Studio.
Why do you want to be a staff member on OPBlocks?:
As previously mentioned, I had a position as moderator on this server. I spent many hours of my life helping out our community. I shared many great memories with the players OPBlocks attracts, and had the best time. I made what I thought was a thorough decision to leave after having a fall out with one of the members on the team. This was not only an emotional lapse in time, but a very stressful one. I rashly decided that I would resign and take some time to work on myself. Now that I know that was a mistake, I would like to try and work my way back to staffing on this wonderful community. I was able to grow and improve as a person, and although I did have quite a few bumps along the way I was able to get through it alongside some of my closest friends. I am now fully prepaired to take back the challenge, and resume telling new players that Voting has been disabled. That was a joke, somebody laugh? ;3
How would you respond to your application being denied, or a demotion as a staff member?
Scenarios:
Demoted for leaking information: From past experience, I can almost gurantee that this will not happen. Leaking information is quite a challenge to achieve on its own. If this were to occur, I would wait until I have proved myself to be trustworthy and staff is comfortable with telling me things.
Demoted for inactivity: Out of the three scenarios listed this would be the greater one, as I do have my own real world problems that often call for my attention. However, if I feel that I am not able to continue my staffing I would resign.
Demoted for abuse: I don’t see myself abusing my power as staff, as I have yet to find a need or want for being "better" than anyone. I would not negativly go against something Tuxx has set in stone. Yes, you do get more influence while upholding the standards, yet I trust that I can lead players towards better gameplay, and not to wind up as somebodies higher up. Once more, here for the players and my adoration to help, not for the power.
If you are called a useless helper/bullied by players, how do you react to this? (Be honest.):
Some may find this offensive and/or staff disrespect, so the automatic thought would be to warn, but I am open to constructive criticism and comments that will improve myself and the people I am surrounded by. I strongly believe that punishments should only be given out if necessary and with the receiver fully understanding why the punishment is being given and how properly to go about things in their future.
Player: You are useless, you do not help this server, and you should be demoted.
Me: (privately) I am sorry you feel this way; can you give me an example of what a staff should be doing? What can I do in the future to improve your performance and the performance of others here on OPBlocks?
