Oh and btw what is cross country i've never heard of it if someone could explain it to me.

Cross country is pretty much running but through natural terrain, like the woods, ground, grass, gravel roads, hills, etc.

OMG! same! I get injured like every practice! I fell and hurt my hip, I busted my lip, I jammed my fingers, I twisted my wrists, and the list goes on and on!

Cross Country is pretty much running long distances. The shortest distance is 1 mile, i believe.
