Like we said before. You should make a troubleshooting thread for your account. You yourself can filter the chat by going into your settings. Make a bug report on the issue by recording it then posting it.

A lot of the time it can be really hard to keep up with lots of players when there are only 2-3 staff online against 200 players. It's a monstrous task to deal with so we need to cut them some slack. Also, submit a troubleshooting thread for your main account.

You might want to add, Where do I sell? How do I get to the mine? Where is the candy? Those are three I have seen quite a bit.
