Because helping people is what I do, and as a person who has witness unfair gameplay, I feel like those people should be punished.
Why should you be chosen over others?
I think I should be chosen because I have a strong work ethic and I know I will make this server a better and fairer environment.

As much as I can, I try to come on every day

Scenarios
You notice the server is encountering major issues / is offline. What do you do?
See if I can do anything in my power to fix it, if not contact a staff that does have permission
You are arguing with a player who starts attacking you. What do you do?
Keep my cool, and talk it out. Fighting with someone is never an answer. Be civil, if they dont listen, do a temp punishment
You catch a friend breaking the rules. How would you approach this situation?
Talk to them, if they don't listen then do a temp punishment depending on what they were doing
If a rule has been broken but is not fully explained, what will you do?
Explain it to them, give them a warning, tell a staff higher than me and leave it at that
