Need Help With 2nd Monitor

So I plugged in my second monitor into my computer, but when I try to turn it on, it says "No signal." Anyone know how to fix it?

Just pour water on it set the monitor in some rice. Put something on the rice to absorb the water from the monitor. When the water is all gone take your monitor then bang it with a hammer. After this step you need a match to light the monitor up and let it burn for at least a hour. Get a fire extingusher after a hour and put out the fire. Plug your monitor back in and go get a really sharp knife and carve "Signal" into it. I've tried this myself and it has worked for me 100%. But if it does happen not to work simply bang your monitor with a hammer then throw it in the trash. Then go to your local Best Buy for a new one.
