Player Report Guidelines​

Before reporting a player, we advise you to read the following information to ensure that your report can be handled in the correct manner. Not following these guidelines can cause the report to take longer and make the staff member's job harder.

Although being called terms such as 'stupid' or an 'idiot', these terms are quite petty and are a waste of a staff member's time, the number of reports that would be brought forth from this would be a plentiful amount.

The following criteria must be followed when reporting someone;

• All screenshots and video must be uncropped, showing your full Minecraft client screen.
• All screenshots must be unedited, this is to prevent forgeries.
  • Forging evidence will result in a permanent ban from the network.
• All videos must be unedited and not slowed down / sped up. Music or other audio is allowed during the video.
  • YouTube has an integrated feature, where we are able to speed up / slow down the video to our liking.
• Evidence must be taken from your computer if the evidence is on your computer. We do not accept screenshots of chat or videos taken from your phone as evidence. The exception to this is if you are using MineChat.
• Videos over 3 minutes must include time stamps. This allows staff to skip to the important parts and not waste time.

If any of the criteria stated above is not done correctly, the report will be instantly denied.

Should you feel it necessary, if a player is constantly harassing you in-game, we urge players to report them using the provided format and for you to use the /ignore command to block their messages.
