Resignation/Departure

So today I resign for my FINAL time on OPB. I have my reasons and just wanted to clear things out/Introduce people to staffing as well. I have had my share of OPB with the community and staff and know my fair share of both worlds.
For those wanting to staff - I would wish you the best of luck but do take into consideration it's not easy. If you have had little to no experience on populated server's you're going to struggle and would try to learn from current staff before hand.

For the staff team, I'm going, to be honest and not name names. The staff team just isn't what I expected it to be from v2 - v3. V2 staff team was really reliant on each other and we all was friends inside of slack(Our communication platform) and out and talked a lot and the vibe was different (Guna bring @emelade into this since in all honesty, she was a big part of the communication and getting everyone to talk during v2 and I feel that helped a lot ngl).
Staffing v3, however, shed a new light and was a lot more "work" reliant and no one really talked much and seemed a lot more professional(Which is good) But it lacked team bonding and effort as only the people who talked to each other before staff talked to one another (Hard to explain but for example me and cowie)
The vibe just wasn't the same and I feel that's strongly in a lot of work being produced and the effort being put in which is a good thing but also it has it's downs.​

Anywho no tagging but best of luck to everyone on the staff team and those applying.
I won't be on as much due to college and in all honestly I am enjoying building again so I might be on building, but that's it I have met most of my goals on OPB.

Wow, I'm sad now. You didn't tag me </3 Anyways, it was nice staffing during V2, indeed the staff was a big factor in why I debated for awhile to leave or not. Keep in touch on skype, even though we rarely talk anyways. Best of luck with building and college Pathos c:
