Hi everyone,
Just wondering how long will it take a donation support to be read or resolved.
Waiting for Amazing to look at it.But when he is online, it seems he doesn't look at the donation post.I don't whether he is busy or he only does it when he is in good mood.
May the staff please help to remind him to look at the post.
I know my issue is due to my mistake for using the old name to purchase the rank.
But I really want play with the rank I purchased.
However, it seems Amazing does not care about the donation support section. (Sorry, I know this sounds rude...)
In my post I have the invoice, I hope any staff can help for this.
If anyone feels offensive because of my words, I am sorry.
I just have the urge to get the rank and enjoy the server.
