Ping And Fps

Can someone give me a list of thins to do to improve my fps and my ping. Like I installed Optfine, make the settings in my profile to 2G. But what else can I do?

I got low ping. In CS:GO i get 5 ^.^ hehe. I need to run Labby/5-zig for Minecraft though

On my home wifi i get like 18ping on average

as for ping, get better wifi

and for FPS minimize particles, turn render distance to 12 and turn off vsync

Can I ask if your running any mods or such? If not I would highly suggest optifine. Also you could look up PCServices optimizer I heard the gaming mode on it is quite useful.
