As I said in your previous donation support

Theres nothing showing up on our end with the double purchase for the PvPer title so unfortunately we will not be able to compensate you there. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Im afraid theres not much we can do as our records only show 1 purchase for the PvPer title, in the future I strongly encourage to wait up to 30 minutes after a purchase to receive your items and then to contact an admin if you still have not received your items.
