I'm just wondering, how often does the "Bug Reports" section get checked? 1 week ago, I lost my pick due to the server reboot. Amazing told me to submit a bug report and he would check it the next day. It's definitely been more than a day, and I don't think any staff have looked at it yet. I'm not demanding that someone go check it out and fix it right this moment, I'm just curious about how often staff check bug reports.

There's no specific date or time, it's really just when staff get around to / have the time to go through them.

Bug reports are checked, but are then also discussed by staff. It's not always a simple check and accept situation as sometimes we'll have to find a solution to the issue. I'm hoping your report will be checked soon.

there isn't really. But there wasn't anything keeping them from locking it in the first place.
