Posting on applications:
The idea of replying to Applications is to offer support to fellow community members, from offering constructive criticism on how to possibly improve their application to vouching for a user's helpfulness and kindness on the server (future) and Forums. Also remember that, if don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. This could be seen as Player Disrespect and will be handled appropriately by the Staffies.
Remember to be respectful of players applying for Staff no matter their gender or experience level. While you're free to (kindly) say a player wouldn't make a good Staff, because of a certain thing you've seen him/her do. You are not allowed to tell someone they'd be horrible Staff because they are male or female or because you just don't like the person.
Things to consider:
When applying, remember a well-written application can give you that extra boost. Just be yourself when writing your application and be honest. It's not a test, but you're applying to be Staff for OPBlocks!
Last but not least, don't heavily bump your thread or go around "+1"ing applications to boost post count. This is considered microposting and will be dealt with accordingly by the Staff Team!
