Please help - Fishing spears Skyblock

I don't know what it is or how you craft it... I just have a lot of enchantments for it.
Can anyone plz enlighten me

Hey!
So on Skyblock all you have to do is type /warp fishing, you'll see 2 NPC's. "Get Fishing Spear" is the one that gives you the spear!
