OPBlocks v2 Basic Command Guide

As you may have seen, @BabeElijah has recently posted a very detailed guide to OP Blocks v2.
This is going to a broken down, simple command version of that.
I will keep it up to date as much as I can, for when v3 comes out.
If there are any mistakes - please tell me.
