New Staff Rank?

So i've been thinking, and I've been witnessing ALOT of hackers, which by the way I'm working on a thread about, and I thought to myself, What if there was a staff member not required to do chat rules and focus on the hackers? I've seen this on many servers *Not Naming Which Servers* and it has worked great. This New staff rank would get access to some kind of armor or god apples so they don't die instantly in pvp and they would record and ban the hackers so moderators and helpers can work on fixing chat and warning/muting people (@Speed__xD) and this new rank can take care of hackers.
Requirements:
-Experienced PvPer
-Good Recording Software
-Previous Donation Rank
-Very Active on Forums
-VERY active on caramel AND lollipop

I like the idea a lot. This COULD open up for people to apply, and staff would be able to focus on more important thangs.
