Dude, same! I currently have my spacers in, they hurt like hell at first but after a few days you won't even feel them. Good luck with the actual braces though, I'll need it too.

You get spacers BEFORE braces, they push your molars farther apart to make room for the braces. everyone who gets braces needs to have them

You literally have to get spacers, it's a part of getting braces. They didn't tell me about getting spacers, I learned about it when they stuck them in my mouth.

Just got out of the orthodontist (like 30 seconds ago lol) And I don’t have to wear headgear anymore (I had an overbite too)

Braces themselves aren’t bad, it’s like all the add ons that suck (head gear, rubber bands, etc)
