Taking items from the faction you are in, even if they were yours to begin with, still counts as insiding, hence your ban.

Taking spawners is insiding stealing from chests is ok Luigi said so in https://opblocks.com/threads/opblocks-faction-rules.17/#post-97769

if spawners or items are in a chest or given to you by another member it is not insiding it is only a ban if you mine their spawners or break holes in their base for somebody or teleport a player into their base.

I know, the player did not specify whether or not he mined the spawners or stole from a chest so. I do understand what you mean though.

You literally said taking items from the faction you are in, even if they were yours, to begin with, still counts as insiding, hence your ban. Stealing is not bannable insiding is when you mine the spawners.
