Why So Many People Leaving?

I wonder why so many people are leaving (or at least say they are). The server is enjoyable, besides the fact that it is semi-p2w. When you get past all of that, it's a great community, and an even more enjoyable server. I understand that you may have other opinions, but this is mine.

server isnt great, and it hasnt been for a long time

server isnt semi-p2w, its major p2w. anyone with a rank has an insane advantage over people without ranks. server lags a lot, and has more bugs than im personally able to count (while remembering), while pvp is everything but enjoyable with the amount of custom enchants removing the need to be good at it!

omg no you rude human being this server is the absolute best in the world I spend my life time on this how dare you say this about my favorite server! the staff team is so insanly amazing and they understand the rules very very good. they aren't biased at all and for sure aren't abusive. and hold on toxic community? that's a joke right it's lovely here.

simple solution dont play the server but **** post forums. as much as possible for best results.
