I admit, what I did was immature and will not happen again. I realized that we were most likely making the staff there stressed. As a staff member, I know how difficult that duty can be at times. Though, I showed empathy too late. Not looking for any forgiveness as what I did was uncalled for. I will improve from this mistake.
