Slayerking As Staff?? (Im am not staff this is just a good title)

OK, Would I be qualified to be a staff member? I feel like I'm qualified but I would like to see what is dragging me down. Please feel free to drop a comment or PM me. I wanna know how to improve myself. I'm taking ALL Criticism and compliments.
Edit: Ok so I got 2 “NOPE NO CHANCE” Vote casts, please no trolls by the way. I would like to know why? Because if you can’t tell me. Then you trolled me.
Another Edit: Make a reply if you vote, if you vote without a reply. Then I feel l can not get accurate results, I also will not count the vote towards myself because it could be fake.
Next time I do this I'm not making a vote poll because I see 9 votes right now, and only 5 people replied. (I will be doing this when I have improved, and then wait until at least 10 Months)

A lot of the qualifications for staff just comes from knowing the community... You need to talk to people in-game, on the forums, and on Discord. Just make sure that people know you in a good light.

well you see i could totally have flawless grammar if i felt like doing so however im too lazy- which means i am not gonna ever be staff.

also i dont really know you but I havent been on in 3 moons so yeah

I talk to people in game and sometimes on forums (I don't really talk to people on forums, like 5 person every 1 days -3 days. I just scroll in forums looking at everything). but I will start being more active in the opblocks discord. Thanks for the Tip!

Give suggestions, be familiar with the community, and take criticism well (this is something I am working on), and you should stand well for a helper position.
