Rank upgrades?

I want to know if there is a "Rank upgrade" system meaning when someone buys a rank, the next one becomes cheaper like if someone buys muncher, gobbler then becomes cheaper, because of the sale going on I cannot tell if this system exists on opblocks or not so I want to ask if it does. So does it exist on opblocks?

no, but I actually am doing a suggestion for that to be implemented
