What realm do you play on?
I currently play on the server lollipop, the reasons for this are that is it the more popular of the two servers and I have always played on lollipop. I am happy to transfer to bubblegum whenever in case it needs a staff online.
What times are you most often online?
Monday - 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Tuesday - 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Wednesday - 6:15 PM - 9:00 PM
Thursday - 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Friday - 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM
Saturday - Anytime

Days Monday through to Friday may vary in time, but I will always be on for a minimum of 3 hours everyday and often more.
Have you ever been banned on any other servers?
Yes, I have been banned on a few for hacking as people would know. These were servers that I was messing round on with people from these servers. I don't use hacks anymore as it gets boring, and I only used fly really. I know hacking is bad now and I have been banned from Hypi***, a server I payed for a rank on which made me stop using hacks.
What previous experience do you have in server moderation and staffing?
I once staffed on a small server which had a number ip and no official name. I started off as a builder, then a mod then an admin. I was then banned by the Head Admin for 'griefing' despite doing nothing of the sort. I do not even know if this server is still running but if it was I'd happily join back.
SCENARIO: "You come home from school and have ton of homework to do, you think to yourself I'll just take a 5 minute break before I start and get on OPBlocks. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time." Does this scenario sound familiar to you? - How do you respond to this?
This scenario does not sound familiar to me as I now prioritize school work over anything else, as I'm still young and need to focus on school work as it is my future. I currently go to a private school so as you can imagine the expectations are high so I try to do thorough work for school.
Are you active on the OPBlocks teamspeak, and do you have a working microphone?
All of the above
Are you able to record in viewable quality?
Yes, I can record with Bandicam in 720p.
Why do you want to be a staff member on OPBlocks?
All the basics like to stop hackers, rude people and any other offenders. But my main reason is that I'd like to staff on a server again, I'll never be staff on a massive server as I couldn't cope. With a smaller server like OPBlocks I would really enjoy helping people and improving the server as I can get some great ideas and be useful.
How would you respond to your application being denied, or a demotion as a staff member?
If it were denied then I would look what I did wrong, improve on that and then re apply in the future.
If I were demoted then I would again look what I did wrong, improve on that and then see what the rest of the staff team say about it.
If you are called a useless helper/bullied by players, how do you react to this?
I would start off with a verbal warning, then an actual warning. If they continued then I'd give them a mute or another warning. If this continued after the mute ended, I'd tell a higher staff.

Is there anything else we should know?
After hearing about some staff resigning I feel that I'd do good as staff, making sure the server doesn't go downhill from them leaving.
My mutes were for silly things when I was more immature and had no intention of becoming a staff member so I hope we can look past them.
Other than that there's nothing I'd like to say other than I hope I get accepted and thank you.
