Just to clarify a lot of information I'm going to be putting in will be similar to my first application since there is only so much I can say which is truthful also I won’t be going into the demotion at all as Tuxx knows why and what happened so we will stick with very little information about that. If either kish or Tuxx has questions about what happened or things between myself and the other staff i will gladly answer them personally with either one but won't be doing so on the application.
Also my warn history being language and “Nick abuse” being from Cookie because my nick was xMc when my name was bq5 Which I was thought was kinda bad since my name has always been xMc and also i had this nick for the majority of being staff as well while my name was bq5. Second one for language was while it was me and Dr_sharky having a conversation on the server with me him and I think 2 others (Being _Jerr and josh) I personally didn't think anything of it since I was having a conversation with him fine and josh and jer being regular players I didn't think they would have an issue with language since i feel

To this date, i have been playing since V1(Which is early January for me) And since then been playing since V2 launch, and plan to stay playing for a long time since I feel as a player and ex-staff I am dedicated,
What previous experience do you have in server moderation and staffing? (If none, then leave the question blank.):
I have experience in moderating a community of multiple games including Minecraft, Shattered skies, WarZ CS: GO, LoL, and WoW.Recently being moderating for OPB since the demotion I haven't really had anything to do so I've been focusing more on college work since my block is ending but have been spending my free time either on OPB or HP
SCENARIO: "You come home from school and have a ton of homework to do, you think to yourself I'll just take a 5-minute break before I start and get on OPBlocks. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time." Does this scenario sound familiar to you? - How do you respond to this?:
I would from my own experience focus on my college work as it's a priority I'm expected to abide by, but due to my setup and time management, i can juggle the staffing and college work since I have done so in the past and it has been manageable.
Are you active on the OPBlocks teamspeak, and do you have a working microphone?:
To date I haven't been on OPB much for college reasons and since the lack of things to do. Prior to this when the player counts were high I was on very very frequently being around 15 hours a day but until the player counts rise with the update I will be coming back and be a lot more. Since the staff team has not been required to be on as much due to the player counts I personally don't figure this an issue.
Are you able to record in viewable quality?:
1080p 60fps and i figured out the corruption issue and that has been taken care of.
Why do you want to be a staff member on OPBlocks?:
I feel as trying both staffing and member-ing OPB I feel more confident in my staffing ability as from community response I feel I did good as a helper - mod. Obviously, the opinion is personally per person but from community response, i feel I more comfortable helping the server.
My personal response is that I prefer being able to help the community instead of just being a member I'd rather have a voiced opinion which sounds very selfish but as coming from V1 pvp and to v2-v3 as a known player I feel I can voice my opinion as an OG.
Also things my first application does apply over but like iv said id rather go into new point where possible.
How would you respond to your application being denied, or a demotion as a staff member?
Denied - I would understand for the reason given. I have no loss from submitting a staff application so no hard feeling.
Demotion - If the demotion was for something I did I would understand my own doing and respect the staff still. For needing less staff or not living up to the expectation I understand but there's no reason not to try my best.
If you are called a useless helper/bullied by players, how do you react to this? (Be honest.):
In all honesty, I have been in multiple extremely toxic games and community and spent numerous time on each one. Being bullied by a player is a sign of staff disrespect and will most likely result in the correct punished to what the player said. I am not known for indulging on people's hate towards me but am known on taking the hate and dealing with it myself and not on the player/individuals.

Ok first things first. Personal things i feel you know enough about me and on my first application says enough about me so i'm going to answer a few things and just state things.
Yes, i have mental issues which I deal with and have talked to the staff team about when I had them while I was staff and during that time I felt confident talking to a few individuals about certain issues.
Things that I feel I will do well;
Be active during EU timezone,
I feel I'm mature enough to understand reasoning behind giving punishments,
I feel I am of age to logically make decisions based on the situation, IE hacked clients or people
showing other people disrespect.
I can type quite fast(IMO) your score: 294 on Speedtest.aoeu.com,
So I feel I can manage a fast chat.
Bad things about me;
I have had a very toxic past, like I've said and haven`t really be brought up in the nicest of gaming environments, MC is the nicest community I've been apart of so far.
My parents don't really respect my privacy so sometimes I will have to just leave without warning or I won't have internet for a certain time but this is easily avoidable on my behalf
I am dyslexic and find it hard to read certain phrases and type grammatically correct although i am English and can fully understand it.
I hope this is good enough but would appreciate constructive criticism
