Why should you be unbanned/unmuted:

This isn't to do with my mute anymore but it's to do with my nick perms being removed (I don't know if this is the right place). Basically whilst I was muted I did /nick ImMuted (for example) and then I would do */pay <username> 1* to let them know I was muted. I only used this to tell people I was muted or to ask people for stuff such as money, to skype me, etc. After a few days someone asked me a question and I did what I'd normally do which was change my name to tell them I'm muted and then it said I have insufficent perms and then I heard other peoples perms were removed too. I don't see why I get my perms removed for this when I can speak in gang chat and ally chat when muted, but at the time I was only allied to 1 gang which was my 2nd gang owned by JellyBean and I couldn't ally any others or add new people to my gang or do any commands in gangs besides /ac and /gc. I would greatly appreciate it if my perms were restored.

Despite being muted, you still abused your nickname. Not talking in chat is not an excuse to abuse your nickname perms. On top of this, you used your nickname to bypass the mute. Your permissions will remain revoked.
