Combining Pickaxes

I have a muncher pick that i have been using and have upgraded it a lot. Now i have cp rank and want to combine the pickaxes so i keep the special enchants like excavator but when i put the picks in an anvil the efficiency and fortune go back to normal minecraft. Can i combine the picks and stop this.

There is no way to combine picks. To get the pick that you have been using to the level of the cprince just upgrade the efficiency and fortune in /enchants
