I’m confused to why there is a need for more staff. The server is averaging 5 players and even after the reset there may be a initial boost of maybe 100 players that will soon falter and average to about 30-40 as usual which is pretty manageable imo for the current team. Also considering that the server is dead, it pretty much looks like the applications are forecefully being accepted seeing that almost no one applies anyways so the chances of anyone applying and getting accepted currently seems RELATIVELY high which again makes no sense relating to the first point.

Alright so basically, if everyone is a staff member, that means no more hackers, but if a staff member hacks then we can all hack because staff are role models we should follow and that's how this works.
