There were 5... at least in Chocolate v1 (I'm assuming the other realms were the same):
Small (9 slots); 25 ets
Medium (18 slots); 50 ets
Large (27 slots); 100 ets
Massive (26 slots); 200 ets
Humongous (45 slots); 300 ets
