Just made a forum account NEED HELP!

I bought a rank on opblocks V1 Account name: EthanolHD which is the same account I am on now, but the name has changed to: Magoi_. I am rather confused on how to get my rank back and I read the post that said about my email, is it my minecraft account's email? Sorry i'm really confused. Incase staff check the buycraft, my name might of not been EthanolHD, but zEthanol or something of the sort.

Ethanol I can't really help u out because I'm not a master like @DdubsRulez2 but I do know that you needed to of donated 75 dollars or up for hoarder but I think the staff might help u out and may give you a voucher but I'm not sure

Then I'm pretty sure staff can't do anything, unless they make an exception. If you donated under $75 you can't really get anything, as all the codes have been disabled. There was a code you could use to get $15 dollars off, but it only lasted for a couple of days.

There was a thread discussing this topic and you must have donated over 75$ to receive and type of compensation sorry that you did not reach that limit.
