so we dont comply with uela and if mojang want to shut us down tell everyone to buy the best they can and then give them rank on primemc then let the server shutdown and make a new server that is small and tell mojang to go away and then u will get shutdown again with the money

If we get "shutdown" by mojang, we can change our stores to comply to EULA and the server will be fine and running again.

Look, I'm sorry to break it to you, but this is not the best idea I've seen.

One, I highly doubt Mojang will be looking for servers as large and new as us.
Two, in the unlikely event we are forced to comply, we will most likely comply with the request.
Thirdly, If we were found out once, why would we do it again. It would be better to save time and effort and just stay on Prime.

Honestly, this isn't the best plan and I can't see us ever using it.
