Hello, as some of you may know, I put out a questionnaire of which was to gain info from the community about the structure within the server. We did get quite a few responses from those who did, but there was only 13. Anywho, let's get into the summary...
If you don't want to read all of the spoilers which go in depth which each of the categories, here is a basic recap of what was said.
In general, people illustrated their point that the server was dying due to the spread of playerbase across gamemodes and the P2W aspect of the server. A variety of changes were also stated.
In administration, they were rated across all bases just above a par of 2.5. The serious responses illustrated the administrators are good at mainly fixing issues and fixing insides, with the objectives to work on are listening towards the communities opinion and responding to questions in game.
In staff team, they were averagely rated either a 3.6 or 3.8 for the 3 survey questions at hand. The thing that the staff could work on was majorly said to be working on detecting hacked clients.
In forums, the community stated that the staff team mainly needed to work giving a quick response time towards certain areas of the forums. The ease of navigation was rated highly and the only thing about the way punishments were handed out are for them not to be bias.
In documentation, people were able to understand the documents highly and certain major documents of which needed to be updated were staff requirements, reset documents, changelogs and certain rules.
In other, people illustrated the point that the server had been going downhill over the past 6 months. 100% was given towards more questionnaires like so being made in the future to help the server improve (above is a poll as to how often they should be published).

We had a few different responses as to what everyone's thoughts of the server currently are. The majority of the entries illustrated that the server is "dying". The main reasons behind this were it is too P2W and due to the spread of the playerbase across the gamemodes.
Of course, we want to make the server the most fun at all times and for every moment to be a new experience. People rated that V1 held their favourite memories, V2 had the best mining experience and V3's PvP aspect.
There was a variety of changes of which those who participated wanted, these changes were:

There was a variety of changes of which those who participated wanted, these changes were:
- Remove the range of servers
- Remove custom enchants for PvP
- Remove/Change up certain members of the staff team
- Making Prison more OP
- Make the server less P2W
The satisfaction of the administration team was ranked between 1 and 5 (as were all the ranking questions), with the average being a 3.2, which is just above par. Their response rate was given an average of 2.9, again, just above par. Their interaction with the community was given 2.9 and a 2.7 for their feedback towards the community.
The serious responses towards what y'all think they are best at were: Fixing insides, helping within the server, banning people and fixing issues. Of course, with the positives, there are always negatives. Those who did the server said that the administrators are not the best at: listening the the community's opinions, responding to questions in global chat (server), checking forums for certain areas and monitoring the staff team. Constructive criticism is always good to have in order for an improvement. Responses chosen for what they could work on are: communication (as a whole), availability via the forums and refunding in game items quicker.

The satisfaction of those towards the staff team was given an average of 3.6 out of 5, which is pretty well. The response rate of the staff team was rated roughly the same amount, being at 3.8. Judging the interaction with the community, no one rated a 1 or 2 with the average being exactly 4. How great! The staff's assistance was rated a 3.6. Unfortunate statistics lead to the rating of the hacking detection was very spread across the board, as an average of 3 was given.
As we head to the forums part of the questionnaire, we had mixed emotions on the 3 survey questions. To begin with, the response time of staff to deal with specific areas of the forums was given a 2.3. This does mean however that there is room for improvement. The ease of navigation was rated extremely high, a 4.5! Handling punishments via the forums, such as warnings and bans was given a 3.8. Within saying this, those who did the questionnaire said they were personally fine with how the system works. The only side effect was to not ban on the count of being bias.
The area which was rated the best out of all of the above topics was documentation. Players were able to understand the major threads, such as rules, clearly, as this rated a 4.5. Threads that need to be updated / modified that were stated were:
- Staff Requirements
- Reset Documents
- Changelog
- Rules under certain circumstances
A major component of what I thought was necessary to be put into this questionnaire was the communities opinion on whether they thought the server was improving or not improving over the course of the past 6 months. Unfortunately, the majority of these answers were no. A question regarding this question will be placed in the next questionnaire. Seeing as though everyone voted yes, stating that more questionnaires should be made, there will be a poll at the top of this thread asking how often these should come out.
