A long time ago opblocks v1 merged with trkey's other server and people's ranks got compensated then opblocks relaunched and people got their ranks back, if you make a thread in the Purchase support section ( http://www.opblocks.com/forums/purchase-support.49/ ) they can check your prior purchases and refund you with ano appropriate rank.

Also you won't get your exact rank back for example I was hoarder on OPBlocks v1 I am now Muncher.

You can get help by including your IGN and what rank u were. u can't say Gobbler or chomper cuz that can make people think u are just saying ranks so u can get a free rank. also if u have the receipt from your rank purchase u can show it and also see what rank u were

And thus is why you go to http://www.opblocks.com/forums/purchase-support.49/
Where they can check prior purchases receipts etc and see that your not lying as most people don't keep yr old screenshots and emails tend to delete themselves well for me at least after a year or so.
And as I said previously you need to make a thread on purchase support.

You can no longer claim v1 ranks. V2 was where you could which was from September 2016 - January 2017 and now its v3 soon to be v4. Your rank can no longer be claimed in afraid.

Wait seriously you can't claim ranks what you brought with irl money that's a bit odd and means players wont come back.

Since all the ranks were transferred to Prime you can't get them back on here.

If you want a rank that bad you can always try voting or did they stop that coupon thing.... If they didn't you can vote everyday and win a coupon to buy ranks for free only voting and voting is for free

Well... Makes sense... They may not like it... And it is kinda cruel that they can't get it back... But atleast I understand why.

They can't get it back because when V1 closed we (We as in OPBlocks) merged with another server and you could get your rank transferred to that server at the time, so they could've got it 'back' just on a different server.
