Kit delay​

How will your suggestion improve OPBlocks:

(Things might be suggested by myself prior)
Put delays on the kits but allow donors to get prior kits.
This will make higher kits rarer and more valuable and make donors not feel like they're wasting money only to mine since everyone gets kits so easily.​

Interesting suggestion, but with recently adding Gkits, I don't think this will balance out things.
