Stolen item in survival on claimed land, how to get the item back?

An item was stolen from my guild Ive talked to HiddenSkySpark since discord isn't an option for me is there any way to get the item back if I know the user IGN or anyone who can help? Anythings greatly appreciated! It was on claimed spot where the player was helping me build when the item was stolen.
