Not Allowing Me To Join Discord!!

I linked my minecraft account to the opblocks discord then my discord account was hacked and i deactivated it. I have made a new discord account and i am unable to join the opblocks discord on it. my old discord was @vullyy. my new discord is @vullyyy. whenever i try join the discord it say's i am banned. PLS HELP.
