My purchase report which has been sitting for over a week now still has not been answered and I'm kinda of mad. I bought $102 worth of stuff on the valentine's sale but I still have not gotten my rank's or chests. I mean I don't even get a reply or anything

Did you include the transaction ID? Amazing does these weekly

If u used a credit card it is possible that the company put the orders on pending, stopped the card, and need you to confirm that it was you who bought the items for the transactions to go through. They probably thought that your purchases from this random website were suspicious.

There is no need for this thread. Purchase supports are dealt with by Amazing, he will eventually get to yours. All i can say is be patient!
