So yeah, I have resigned. The time has come. My activity has greatly decreased from what it originally was when Factions was out. A few reasons come to mind as to why I did exactly resign, my reasons are what affected me to losing hope for certain areas of the server.
Social life, yes, I found one of those again. Over school break I hung out with my friends of which I never did and never could necessarily as I had to get my hours up. I have been training more for my sport of choice. I have been focusing more on my schoolwork. All of this was important to me in order to began a normal person again and not a tech head behind a keyboard.
Trust, this was my biggest issue and main reason as to my resignation. This affected my thought process, my activity, etc. When I was in the staff team, our most recent buycraft pay was suppose to be given out on the first of the month. That day came around and we did not receive it. I believe it was about a week after the 1st when a message was given to us stating that Res was out and would handle payments later that day. Now, we did not get paid till 5 days after that said payday. Not only this affected my trust, but when I sent in the staffchat of a full document of forum bugs that needed to be fixed, for the better of the staff team and community, I was told they would all be done after a week. Here we are today, with none of those bugs fixed. I will be sending my document to someone so that they can be fixed. My trust and the promises that were given were broken, how can you trust a delayed system?
