So I have a question, does it count as auto clicking if I have a wireless mouse and just hold down the M1 button while away from the computer or does that violate the rules?

While you're technically not autoclicking, there's no way to tell the difference between your method and actually auto clicking. I wouldn't risk it if I were you.

Personally, there is no way for me to tell the difference between an AFK player clicking a wireless mouse and an auto clicker. Therefore, I suggest that any time you are not at your computer, actively playing Minecraft, you do not click your mouse.
