Hey, I was going to ask why won't the server let me join? It says java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: no further info

So I bought Muncher Rank about 3 hours from now and I went into the server and all I have is the Multiplyer I have tried reloging multiple times but it won't work so pls help me, and thx for helping run this server :)
