    So you first go to Forums, then scroll down to “Player Appeals” click on that. Then there’s a button that says “create new thread” and click that. Fill it out and submit it.

    Make a appeal with proof. To do so -https://opblocks.com/forums/appeals/ Secondly you wouldn't get cookie "demoted" since first overall the owner never responds. Secondly this situation seems highly unlikely (your story) . And thirdly going at a staff member isn't the way to go around being banned.
