There is an age limit for a reason. While it's true there can be exceptions, 13 is the age where most people start to begin development of complex relationship ideas and concepts. Because of this they are more fit for staff than under age people.

What about the people who actually are mature enough? They just need to wait till they are old enough? The staffteam might already be full then. I would manage it like Emecay did. She inspected the players on the Forums and ingame. And if they were mature enough, they would have a chance.

@ShroomsDawg sadly, there isn't any exceptions. There really is no evidence that a 13 cannot do the job well done. There most definitely could be twelve year olds who aren't ready, but for some people (who I believe one of them is myself) is capable and professional enough to accept the role and bring good to the server.
