there's off topics that have been up for months and arent locked yet you lock the one that is criticizing you after you reply to it so no one else can add reply back?

I locked it to prevent further issues, trash talking isn't a way to help me as a staff member and more is just throwing around hate. There's a reason why it was locked, and that's mainly to prevent toxicity/disrespect. I don't mind criticism just would be best if told to me directly. If you could, like mentioned take this into a private conversation and I'll happily help you out further.
