There's also a certain type of way to word things, so you don't come across as arrogant, immature and quite frankly rude. If you have feedback on a staff member, you are allowed to voice it. But do so in a calm, respective manner. Otherwise we do not need to take what you say into account.

@ElvenRider i meant savage is legit the most incompetent staff I have ever met. Immature to a point where it ruins the reputation of a staff team. Staff are supposed to be role models and sav is anything but.

Furthermore, he’s extremely biased and doesn’t know how to correctly use his perms to control chat. I fail to see how sav is a staff member when no one in this community respects him as a person or a staff. This ain’t supposed to be taken as disrespect just calmly stating facts.
