Help me improve as a staff member

i love u but you are really bias and tend to not to anything when (FROM EXPERIENCE!) girls or your friends break rules so i mean if u really want like to improve as a staff member just pretend like you don't know the person you are punishing in chat and just give them a fair punishment like that would be highly appreciated dawg

I understand what you're saying, and thanks for being honest with me, but I have to correct you on 1 thing. When I mute someone and warn someone else, it's because of their punishment history. They could do they exact same thing, but the one with more mutes/warns will be muted longer. I don't do it because I'm biased, that's just how it works. Other than that, when you say I'm "immature and childish", give some examples? I want to know what exactly you think I'm doing wrong so I can improve on that.

As you can see it's not only me who thinks your biased in punishments ^. But when it comes to maturity I think you should try acting more your age. I can't the really explain but sometimes when talking to you I feel like I'm talking to a child instead of a 13 year old moderator. Anyways just wanna say that if you're gonna make an effort to change I appreciate and respect that.

I already said, If you think I act immature, please give me an example of how I show that, don't just say "you're immature". I KNOW I'm immature, just saying it over and over again doesn't help. What WOULD help if you would actually tell me what I do that you think is immature so I know what not do do. Thanks though.

So basically, I have anger issues, and it's becoming more and more obvious each day. I don't want this to keep happening before I'm eventually demoted or forced to resign. I know I can get upset easily, but I don't understand why everyone thinks I'm "toxic". If you're one of those people who think that, please, give me an example of when I was EVER toxic. If you have proof, please post it, I won't delete it. Be brutally honest with me, have no mercy, say what you really feel about me. I want everyone to see and hopefully understand that I'm trying to change. If you think of me as a bad staff member or as toxic, please explain why and tell me what I can do to improve.

Like I just said, I'm not bias, i'm just following the punishment ladder. And I don't give 2 Cookiess if you're a boy or a girl, I'm not cookie in early 2017. (No offense cookie, I know you've gotten better with that). I also do mute my friends when they break rules, I was in a call with someone once when they said something I had to mute them for. I did it, even though it was really awkward since we were in a call. Basically what I'm trying to say is, if you're just gonna say I'm biased and not back it up with any examples or proof, idek. Thanks for reading this and being honest with me though, I appreciate it.

Ok Pig, you know I love you as a best friend. You’re part of my Opb family. But there is one incident that, obviously I forgive you 100%, but I did hurt me, and Cookie, a lot. When you started ignoring Cookie and I because apparently I stole your best friend away from you. I’m sorry.... but it did kinda stir up the pot, so to speak. Basically it just made Cookie and I feel awful but also you look bad. You shouldn’t hold grudges like that.

Apart from that, I love you so much and I hope you remain staff. You need to work on your maturity and see the rainbow through the clouds but you’re doing great. (Apart from cow who won’t upload his evidence) *cough*

Ok first of all I was only ignoring you (haha rekt) but seriously. And it wasn't because you "stole my best friend", it's because I felt like you were treating him like garbage. But that was the old me, and now I realize that I had no right to make that decision, I had no idea about you two, I was only going off of what I knew, not everything. So sorry about that. That's not a thing I do anymore, but thanks for letting me know.

Didn't want to really get myself involved with this thread/topic but knowing my name was mentioned quite a few times, best I express my point of view. Yes Pig I understand the whole "stole your best friend" right now, I don't even know what a friend is.. I've been diving for support to help me recover as last time I dated someone and they broke up with me it resulted into a huge fight and made me end up resigning. I don't want a repeat, I enjoy this community, I enjoy the players, toxic or not, we are all human. I understand how you can be upset at Goddess, but you need to understand nothing is her fault. There are many issues with me as a person, my maturity being my main issue currently which I did take into deep consideration and trying my best to clear up from it all.



I agree with the majority of this, did feel quite bad, but mine and Goddess's relationship was mainly between me and her. I really was stupid getting others involved and I apologize for that. Goddess, you don't deserve to be harassed by my mistakes, obviously, there's a reason you broke up with me (which I will no discuss here). I really hope eventually everyone can just brush off of this and we can just be friends and forgive and forget about my mistakes. I just wasn't really that perfection many say I am.. I have some cons to me. Many will realize I've practically made many mistakes in my life, gotten mad at @Sub, never treated @Hunye how she should be treated, not tagging this, but really ruined my reputation with a certain someone which I will not discuss. @Lynn which I mistreated multiple times which was really wrong of me. Sorry for tagging, just would like to deeply say sorry to all those who I've hurt, I don't mean to do it nor ever intend to want to. I love this community, I love you all, I can't even say I 'hate' anyone cause hate is way too strong of a word.



Pig, she never really hurt me, more I hurt her, and yes I admit, I was truly an awful boyfriend (I'm sure many can agree). But now I know what I need to change for the future and improve on.



Everyone has a little bias in them, it's not something no one can't have, I will admit I have some bias but it's more on the part that I'm scared on how they'll react if I mute/ban them. Some handle it way worse than others.

Just want to say, Pig you're doing a fantastic job, the perks towards staffing is you are going to get some hate. We all do, just got to learn to hold it in or just walk away from it, try to avoid getting yourself involved in the drama/toxicity. If you ever feel like you need a break, they are always available just don't take too many breaks. Right after mine and Goddess's break, I had to take quite a few breaks, still not fully secure yet towards staffing but today I was motivated towards doing 30 appeals and spend 5 hours on appeals alone. I haven't given up nor plan on for a long time, I just hope everyone can just consider and take into thought staff have final say in things no matter what rank they are. Helper, Moderator, SrModerator, or Admin, we all are a community, we are a family.

you are very very rarely toxic and you help me a lot but you can be rude also this is hypocritical coming from me (I am very toxic on forums and server) but overall you are a good staff this server has quite a nice staff team other than the fact you peeps need some mods who play on factions because its quite annoying when you find a hacker and no mods on to help seriously it is really annoying start playing factions piggeh also I would like you in my fac I like your sense of humor if you start playing factions your welcome in my faction you dont need to be active but no you are not toxic and you are not a bad staff member
