Hey, welcome OPBlocks community I'd like to state to any new players that this thread is not an official thread and is written in a way I believe will support new players and even long-time users work their way through the forums and hopefully help provide support to anyone who needs the support.


>Registering<
To begin this post off I would like to briefly go over a pretty self-explanatory section of the forums, this includes sign-in, registration and verification. To begin with, on the forums you are required to make an account to post, comment and view many threads and comments, to create an account you can access this via the linked button above or towards the top right of your screen the register button this will prompt you to enter some basic information to get your account started; once you have created your new account you shall be sent a verification email to the same one you registered with; please note verification emails can take a while to come through, if you haven't received the email you can contact an administrator via the forums or the server discord for support. Now you have registered, any time you want to visit the forums you can login to your account with the email and password linked with your account.


>Homepage<
You may already be familiar with this page, this is the very first page you'll see when you open up the forums and this is where you will see all the latest updates and news about the server, if you are interested in the thread all you need to do is click read more, if you have a question to ask about it all you need to do is leave a comment and one of the staff members or community will reply as soon as they have time.

>Shoutbox<
The shoutbox is a simple live chat where you can talk to others in the community and ask questions; at no point should you put links, inappropriate, rude or offensive comments here as all server rules still apply

>Announcements<
This section of the forums includes everything you will see on the homepage and anything prior to them; these include all major changes to the server and anything the administration team would like to notify the community about.

>Rules and Information<
This section includes all of the servers rules and useful info from how to join the server discord to common punishments. This section I would recommend new players to read carefully as this may answer your questions and tells you the rules that apply on the server and its platforms. Any rules that are broken will likely be acted on by staff and result in a punishment.

>Tutorials<
Here you will find tutorials that players in our community have created such as threads like this and more. If you have anything helpful to share with the community such as the easiest way to make money here would be the best place to submit the thread. If you would like help wording your thread, try asking in the community as there will be many players willing to help.

>Suggestions<
If you have a suggestion for the server or its platforms here is where to submit a form.
Here, the whole community will be able to view, rate and add upon your suggestion; some players may disagree with your suggestion, do not be hurt by this as it does not mean your thread will be denied take these responses as constructive criticism and use this to improve your suggestion, at the end of the day a suggestion will affect the whole server if it is implemented so everyone has their say on the topic. I would also highly suggest keeping the suggestions simple but deeply explained this makes it easier for players and staff to understand what you are really looking for if you are unsure how to word a thread ask for help and describe it to a player who is willing to help you word your thread.

>Troubleshooting<
This section is for if you experience any problems on our server that is not a bug(others don't experience it).
An example of this is if you have lost an item on the auction house, you can't connect...
You will be required to show evidence otherwise, it can't be resolved. Also if you look and see a problem someone has you can always help them if you know the answer.

>Bug Reports<
If you have found a server bug/glitch here is where to report it. In this section, you will be required to show video or photo evidence of this bug occurring for it to be resolved and reported.

>Purchase Support<
If you have bought an item from the store and have not received it for any reason here is the only place it can be resolved. Purchase supports are only handled by designated members of the management team so response times are not instant, I would highly suggest if you would like to speed up this process provide evidence such as emails, transaction ids before the staff team ask for it if proof isn't provided then the thread cannot be resolved and any false threads which waste time or try obtaining free items are generally punished for. It is also important to note that purchases aren't instant and can take up to 20 minutes and by agreeing to the terms and conditions purchases are no refundable and chargebacks result in an instant IP blacklist and possible legal action.

>Player reports<
Player reports are where you can report players that are breaking the server rules or doing anything you think is not appropriate, here you will be required to provide evidence of the /realname of nicknamed players, any video or photo evidence and anything else you think will help prove your report.

>Staff Applications<
This section is where players can apply for a volunteer staff position on the server if they meet all the mandatory requirements listed here. I would highly suggest looking into accepted and denied applications and asking questions before you apply to get to know thee standards the staff team look for.

>Ban Appeals<
If for any reason you have been banned, warned or muted you can appeal it here with evidence to support your case if you have been wrongly punished.
It is also good to note not all appeals will be accepted based on the punishment and duration, if a warning has or is due to expire soon it will likely not be resolved or in circumstances where a ban or mute is a serious punishment it is likely to take a long time or be an unsuccessful chance of acceptance for your best chance of avoiding this follow the server rules.

>Staff<
Here you will find a list of current staff and their rankings on the team which go from Helper, Moderator, Sr Moderator and Administration. If you require support here is the best place to look for the appropriate person to message, I would highly recommend avoiding tagging and harassing the Owners on issues resolvable by other staff members.

>Store<
Here you can purchase ranks, cosmetics, boosters and more. The store is constantly updating with new items and features and purchases are subject to change.

>Punishments<
The purpose of this page is so you can search a players name and find all their punishments.
So don't ask staff what punishments you have or why is my friend muted you can just search it up here.

>Stats<
Here you can search up yours or others in-game statistics such as playtime, money earned and more.

Um, good idea, but this is pretty easily accessible information. You made this look really official, which is nice, but you aren’t a staff member, so it doesn’t need to look so official. I appreciate the time you took to make this, it looks nice. There are already guides like this, this may be more depth/more up to date, but there are others like this. Thank you for taking time to do this, make sure to do this for being the motive of being helpful. Not to boost staff chance for your staff application.
