Alpha Max 10 Once your workout is complete, you need to stretch thoroughly, so that your muscles repair themselves and continue to grow. If you're under the age of 40, hold each stretch for thirty seconds or more. For those over 40, stretches should be held at a minimum of 60 seconds. This will help prevent injuries during your muscle building program.
