I can't find the OpBlocks candy texture pack urrrrrrr....

I can't find the candy texture pack that comes with the server can someone help me. PS. When i login to the server it says that it is sending me the texture pack but i don't receive it. I made sure my Minecraft settings were so that it accepts resource packs from servers but it still doesn't work.
