I find this a good/bad idea well 1st of all good because like you said for drop parties and stuff, and bad because i know you can already store money in you're gang but there's really no point in this to be honest. Oh and btw what does the Sweepstakes mean?

Bank notes were added a while back but removed due to some issues, we're working on resolving those problems so expect to see the feature back on the server soon.
